The Higher Self receives all what, when, how, why and all circumstances when we perceive ourselves and the world. The Higher Self is the Source of our Being and acts as a hub for our experiences in time and space through incarnations. Furthermore the Higher Self experiences and expands through our experiences and Being, and adds to the overall consciousness of the Source.  It's no wonder then that we are continually evolving our understanding and awareness of the Truth of who we are and our relationship with God as we spiral out the path of Self-Realization. Since the Higher Self has the perception of the Whole, it can transmit easily spiritual concepts and downloads, but only when it serves the Highesr good of the recipient.
